Delivery & Returns Policy

Sonoff Smart Home will credit or exchange any products purchased from us. Send it back to us within 30 days of purchase in original condition, including all attachments and accessories. 

The Smart switches require to be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi and need to be installed by a qualified electrician. If they are not the warranty will be voided.

Returns on products dew to buying the incorrect product or changing your mind will incur none recoverable fees like shipping, PayFast fees, and a handling fee of R80 to process the transaction.

If the products are unopened and in brand new condition because you have over purchase we can credit your account above cost will apply.

This is done in the interest of all clients.

Please understand we do not sell second-hand items and that’s why we cannot refund opened items.
