Please ask suppliers when purchasing Smart Home products if they have an NRCS LOA certificate. If you have uncertified products  installed in your house or office this could lead to insurance claim issues.

When you sell your house a CoC is required. It is the responsibility of the owner/seller to have one done. Installing Certified product only means less complications.
